The newest release here is what Download Null-Loader serves.
Files are stored in the database and handed out by rpc loader_download only to
logged-in users with an active subscription — the storage bucket is not public.

Plan / Until: lifetime = бессрочный доступ; timed = доступ до даты в колонке Until. +30 days выставляет дату «сейчас + 30 дней» (заменяет старую). Revoke полностью убирает подписку — это та же кнопка, что revoke на странице Users. / Revoke removes the subscription entirely.
